How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We can accept returns on unused items still in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Reach out to our returns team with your request and we will get you all set up.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Just send an email to our returns team with images of the item and the package in which it shipped.

How do I exchange an item?

In the case of exchanges, Pure Art Co. will gladly offer free returns on your current item and free shipping on the replacement order. A full item refund of the original item will be issued to your method of payment once it is received in new and unused condition. Reach out to our returns team with your request and we will get you all set up.

Do I receive a refund on my original shipping fee?

We are not able to refund your original shipping fee unless your purchase arrived damaged or defective. In order to waive that shipping fee, the damaged or defective item must be returned to Pure Art Co. We will replace it free of charge; just send an email to our returns team with images of the item and the package in which it shipped.

Is there anything I can’t return?

Non-returnable items include: products that have been used, items marked as Final Sale, items 30 days past the delivery date, items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping), or items missing their original packaging.
