How do you evaluate the products sold in your shop?

Quality, not quantity, is what drives us. Before a product makes its way into our store, we spend hours getting to know the makers behind it, researching the ingredients, and testing the item with kids and adults alike! We always ask our vendors for any certifications they can provide, and we always source directly form the maker or an official distributor. We will never sell you a product that we wouldn’t give to our own kids. Our promise to you is that anything you buy in our shop has been thoroughly evaluated for clean ingredients, safety, and quality.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We can accept returns on unused items still in their original packaging. Reach out to our returns team with your request and we will get you all set up.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Just send an email to our returns team with images of the item and the package in which it shipped.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

While we can’t guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, we can try our best to make changes to orders that have not yet shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. However, our team can set up a return for you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our online shop accepts payments from all major credit and debit cards.

How much is shipping?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Base shipping starts at $5.95 and may increase according to how many additional items are in a given order.

How quickly will I receive my order, and can I track it while it’s in transit?

When you complete your order, you will receive an email that contains carrier-provided tracking information. If you’re unable to track your item with that, please email our support team at info@pureartco.com, and we will help you out with this.

My order never arrived. Help!

Are the products in your shop allergen-free?

Because different people can be allergic to virtually anything, we cannot make the claim that the products are allergen-free. However, we do provide a list of product ingredients for each item. If you have questions about specific products, please email info@pureartco.com and we will do our best to get you the information you need.

These are art materials, not snacks. Do the ingredients actually matter?

Yes, the ingredients absolutely matter! Even if something is not being consumed, icky ingredients can have very real effects on a person’s health. Because of their small size and developing bodies, children are especially susceptible to harmful ingredients in a product. Our objective is to help parents easily find products that they don’t have to worry about their kids sniffing, touching, and potentially licking (it happens to the best of us). I want to place a large order for my daycare/class/youth group. Do you do bulk discount orders?

We can absolutely help you with that! Please email info@pureartco.com and include the names and quantities of the desired products. Our team will get back to you to figure out a way we can best meet your needs.

I want to sell you my amazing product. How do I get it in your shop?

Every great business partnership starts with an introduction! We are always looking for new products that fit our mission of putting clean, safe art materials into the hands of children. Please email info@pureartco.com and be sure to include the following information: the name of your company, your website, a description of your product and its ingredients, any certifications you can provide (e.g. ASTM D4236 or CE), and a wholesale pricing sheet.
